Body photos: Photos you submit for AI physique analysis
Body metrics: Height, weight, age, fitness goals, and activity level you provide
Usage data: How you interact with the app (screens visited, features used)
Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version

AI Photo Analysis

PhysiqAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of your body to generate personalized fitness plans. Before any photo is processed:

You will be asked for explicit consent each time you submit a photo for analysis
Photos are sent to our AI processing service and are not permanently stored on our servers
We do not share your photos with third parties for any purpose other than AI analysis
You may decline AI analysis at any time and still use other app features

How We Use Your Information

To generate personalized AI fitness and nutrition plans
To provide, maintain, and improve the app
To process subscription payments
To send important service-related notifications
To respond to your support requests

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings screen.

Subscriptions and Payments

PhysiqAI offers a monthly subscription at $9.99/month. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not store your payment card information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — secure data storage and authentication
OpenAI — AI analysis of submitted photos and generation of fitness plans
Apple / Google — payment processing and app distribution

Children's Privacy

PhysiqAI is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Update inaccurate data through your account settings
Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings > Delete Account
Opt-out: Decline AI photo analysis at any time

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
