Information we collect

We collect information you provide or that is generated when you use PhysiqAI, including:

• Account information: email address, account credentials, and the profile information you choose to provide.
• Training information: fitness goals, available equipment, training plans, completed-session details, readiness check-ins, and support messages.
• Body photos and metrics: photos and body information you submit for AI physique analysis, such as height, weight, age, goals, and activity level.
• Usage and device information: interactions with the iOS app or member dashboard, device type, operating system, and app version.

AI photo analysis

PhysiqAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you submit and to generate personalized fitness plans. Before a photo is processed:

• You are asked for explicit consent each time you submit a photo for analysis.
• Photos are sent to our AI processing service and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• We do not share photos with third parties for a purpose other than providing the requested AI analysis.
• You may decline AI analysis and continue using other available features.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve PhysiqAI.
• To generate personalized AI fitness and nutrition plans.
• To provide account-scoped training, progress, and support features.
• To manage App Store subscription entitlement status.
• To send important service-related notifications and respond to support requests.

Data storage and security

Training and account data are stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider, and are protected by account-scoped access controls. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We retain account data while an account remains active unless deletion is requested or a longer retention period is required by law.

Subscriptions and payments

PhysiqAI subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes subscription payments under its own privacy policy and terms. PhysiqAI does not store payment-card information, and the browser member dashboard does not take payments.

Third-party services

PhysiqAI uses service providers to operate core features, including:

• Supabase for secure data storage and authentication.
• OpenAI for AI analysis of submitted photos and generation of fitness plans.
• Apple for iOS app distribution and subscription payment processing.

Children’s privacy

PhysiqAI is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us promptly.

Your rights and choices

• Access: you may request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: you can update inaccurate account information through available account settings.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data through Settings > Delete Account in the iOS app.
• Opt-out: you may decline AI photo analysis at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app, the member dashboard, or email when appropriate. Continued use of PhysiqAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
